How does soothing box work?

You can choose from our prepacked gift boxes or if you like to choose your own items, you can go to “Build Your Gift Box” and follow the steps to customize your gift box simply by:

  1. Choosing the type of box cushioning which can be either crinkles or soft faux fur.
  2. Choose your items, which is a minimum of 3 and maximum of 15.
  3. Choose your card and then write your name and the name of the person you are sending the gift to with a special personalized message. We will type write the message on the card.
  4. complete the order through paying. You can create an account to save your information for future orders.
  5. set back and relax while we prepare your order and ship it asap.
  6. become happier while creating and spreading happiness for others.

What is the size of soothing box?

We have a one size for all which is 10”X10”X5”

Does the gift box come with a gift note?

Yes, each box comes with a gift card note. You provide us with your message and we prepare it for you.

Is a receipt included in the gift box?

We do not include receipts in gift boxes.

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept visa, master card, American express, discover cards, Paypal, and after pay.

How is my Soothing Box going to be shipped?

We Ship Your Gift Box in a shipping box so it is protected and labeled.

How much does shipping cost?

We are committed to giving you the best delivery experience (and shipping rates) possible, therefore, we offer a flat rate of $12 no matter where you are shipping to.

When will my gift be shipped? And how long does it take to arrive?

It will be shipped as soon as you place the order within 24-72 hours of packaging and preparing your Gift Box. Shipping takes 3-10 business days to delivery via standard shipping, depending on where its going. All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on orders $100 or more.

Do you ship internationally? Where do you ship to?

We currently do not ship internationally. We ship anywhere withing the United States.

How do I order to multiple addresses?

If you would like us to ship your orders to multiple recipients/ different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each recipient.

How do I order multiple boxes?

If it is a wholesale order (>10) to one address, please get in touch with us: info@soothingbox.com

What is your return/refund policy?

All gifts from “Ready To Ship” and “Build Your Gift Box” sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any sale.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellation. All sales are final.

What to do if something in my gift box is missing or damaged?

Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your gift box. We will ship you a replacement item asap.

How soon can you ship my gift box order?

If you place an expedited order (selected: overnight or 2 days), we will ship your gift box orders same day if made before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. However, if orders made after 12pm EST, it will be shipped next business day. All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS.
